2022 Leadership Summit - Las Vegas, NV

The 2022 Leadership Summit was held at the famous Flamingo Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip

Las Vegas is a city that comes to its own at night - view of the Strip

Some attendees - none from Valley Forge, thought they got the wrong plane and landed in Paris

It was difficult to avoid what Las Vegas is famous for - gambling. These are slot machines in the hotel lobby.

But attendees were there for leadership training. Registration desk staffed by Jen Polachek and Rosemary Bozeman from the Society.

The weather was perfect outside for late April, and after business we had a chance to enjoy it. But for now ...

The Arizona CPCU Chapter had a table and gave out some nice freebies to the attendees, as did several vendors

The theme of the Leadership Summit was leadership training, and attendees were given a choice of 6 relevant classes for this with world-class instructors

But it was not all work. There was some time to explore the exciting city of Las Vegas - back to the Strip !

The 2022 NFL Draft just happened to be taking place in Las Vegas at the same time as the Leadership Summit, and caused quite a few problems getting back to the airport
