2022 In2Risk - Nov 10-12 - San Francisco

Registration desk for 2022 In2Risk, held in San Francisco, CA - so the logo for the event was the Golden Gate Bridge.

Always around to help, Jen Polachek - Director of Operations, and Jessica Gaudio - Sr. Director of Member Resources, with the CPCU Society.

In2Risk 2023 was held at the Hilton San Francisco at Union Square.

Needless to say, the food was excellent - menus were made up of regional California and San Francisco specialties.

There were several General Sessions - gatherings of all attendees, to discuss topics of general interest.

Chris Hampshire - 2022 President of the Society Leadership Council, discusses accomplishments of the past year and the future.

Sessions were held on a variety of topics which attendees could select based upon their specific interests. They were, in general, first rate.

Panel discussion, which included Pete Miller - President and CEO of The Institutes, and other insurance industry bigshots.

A reception was held towards the end of In2Risk to celebrate our New CPCU Designees. Here at the reception are Bob Kuch - President of the Valley Forge Chapter, and Chris Hampshire - President of the CPCU Society Leadership Council.

California-style pizza selections served at the reception.

In the Congratulatory Gate at the reception are VF Chapter President Bob Kuch, center, with Nicole Gacet, right and her partner Odette, left.

Also attending In2Risk representing the Valley Forge CPCU Chapter were Mercedes Kappler-Peil, with husband.

The CPCU Society conducted a Good Works Project, packing food and making donations for the worthy cause of Rise Against Hunger.

Overall, participants from many chapters contributed both time and financial support for this cause.

The Valley Forge CPCU Chapter made a monetary donation on behalf of its members, and volunteered Bob to assist packaging food.

But In2Risk was not all work and no play. Here are Bob and New Designee Nicole at the City Scapes Night Club on the top floor of the Hilton San Francisco, which had a fantastic night view of the city.

There was a lot to see in San Francisco, like their famous cable cars ...

... the hills were unbelievably steep ...

... Fishermans Wharf - disappointingly a marketplace for tourists to spend money ...

... Ghirardelli Square of chocolate fame ...

... and who could forget to visit Alcatraz.

A great and productive 2022 In2Risk in San Francisco, of which the Valley Forge CPCU Chapter was pleased to be a part of.
